I came to Ilze for pain in my left hip and left feeling heard, seen and with a skip in my step! Ilze is an intuitive and skilled healer who used Tui Na to address how my pain played out on every level. I left feeling nourished, calm and collected and can’t wait till my next session. Thank you Ilze!

For many years I had a persistent cough that would appear every Autumn & lasted for 3 months. I started my Acupuncture treatment with Ilze in 2020 and my cough hasn’t reappeared since. Ilze was attentive and welcoming, I also found the information she provided regarding my food choices very helpful.
